I want to tell this guy I liked him without being embarrassed. I like this guy, but my best friend didn't know I liked him, so she gave him a note saying that I loved him and it had my phone number on it. She was trying to make my life miserable because she was jealous of me, but she didn't make it miserable, but here's the bad thing he read it and threw it away, so how do I tell him.

If he read it and threw it away, he probably doesnt like you. However if you must know, go and apologize for your friends immature acts that effected you, and tell him that you would like to buy him dinner or lunch. Then, theres your first date. And if he acts like a jerk, knee him in the crotch and act like it was an accident.

well first ask about the note and ask him that it wasnt true and if he said oh good i didnt like you then try to make him like. do stuff that would make him happy or make you stand out in his little world. know what i mean

I would write a letter to his house leaving all kinds of clues that would lead right to you. Hopefully he's smart enough to figure them out. (that the hard part)
