i am connected to the internet but when i try to log in it tells me there is no connection. PLEASE someone help me!!!!

It might be a firewall blocking the program. This isn't very likely as you would see a message from your firewall software. The Live servers might be down or busy, which they do often. I would suggest trying again in a few minutes.

My daughters messenger would not let her connect last week!
I downloaded messenger again, and re - installed it.
It works OK now, try it!

Check your peer to peer networking, scan your hard drive and defragment, un-install and reinstall if necessary. Possibly your computer needs a updated version that isn't compatible on your computer.
