Even some "analysts" think they are better than the Cavs and Pistons, two far superior teams. Will the be a catastrophic failure and drop from the playoffs? Will they be swept in the first round? Will the refs help them hobble into the playoffs on their sad roster? Will the "analysts" stop giving nobodys like Kirk Hinrich and Ben Gordon more credit than LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Gilbert Arenas? What do you think this fluke of a "team" will be able to accomplish?

They're full of Bull!

The past few years the Bulls have exceeded expectations. Two seasons ago they made an impropable trip to the playoffs winning over 50 games. Last year they made it to the 2nd round and took the now champs Heat to the 7th game. Hinrich and Gordon are getting credit for far exceeding what the analysts expected from them. LeBron and Wade have higher expectations on them and so currently they are living up to expectations. I don't think the Bulls are going to be in the conference finals this year. Not consistent enough yet. But there is still a lot of the year left.

Your arguement is irrational and obviously you have something against the Bulls.

The Bulls are currently only 4 games back in the conference and they have the best conference record (9-3).

Also I would like to hear your so called anaylsts who give Hinrich and Gordon so much noteriety. I think you should realize that Gordon is a premier player (21 PPG) as is Hinrich (6 APG, 40% 3PT) but there is no anaylst alive who compares either to even Arenas.

The bulls are not really a overrated team. The have good players and a pretty good coach with a great bench. BUT they are inconsistent at times and it really costs them the game. Gordon will likely become a star in the NBA he has shown signs, this may take a couple of years but i think it'll be worth it. No i don't think they'll be swept in the first round i think they will get about to the 2nd or 3rd round then they will fall. LeBron, D-Wade, and Arenas are great players BUT i don't think that Hinrich or Gordon are at their level of play YET. They will accomplish i mean cmon they got great players to be in Gordon who is only in his 3rd year, Hinrich his 4th, Nocioni his 3rd, Tyrus Thomas only his first year and he is already showing signs. With Big Ben at center they are a pretty good team.

Maybe because of Ben Wallace's presence in the middle. But everybody knows they still lack inside scoring that's why Pau Gasol made headlines before trade cut-off for possible transfer to Bulls. reason why Hinrich & Gordon taking more credit is because they're the the guys who carry most of the scoring load. They have a good chance of making the playoffs.

because the top teams in the East arent very consistent...the Bulls have a glaring lack of strong interior play...both on offense and defense...Detroit while still very good, can be beat inside any time Weber is playing the middle (read; slow feet, both rebounding and on defense) as last weeks game with the Warriors had shown...Miami, still pretty strong but will not win the East without a healthy Wade...Cleveland is well, Cleveland...and will play their hearts out, and not make the East final...I figure the Bulls will win their first round, and lose a 6 game series in the second...

There overrated now because what they have in the future with likes of Ben Gordan, Luol Deng, Nocioni, Hinrich who all have the caliber to be very good players. And while right now they are still devoloping there team is already one of the best in the East.
