For example how much would a EE make starting out from college with a BS and someone that has 5 years of experience with a BS.

What you make is a moot point, as it has to do with supply and demand. If there are more people on the market with your degree, and less jobs.... The companies will be able to negotiate low salaries. If there are tons of jobs and few candidates, the candidates get to negotiate high salaries.

A person with 5 years experience will make more, probably 10-20% more. But without knowing the electrical specialty and the region you live in, there are really no hard numbers that we can give you.
