Brady Quinn is better. Everyone gives Russell too much credit because he tore up the horrible Notre Dame defense. Well, this isn't Quinn's fault.

Check out Russell's statistics against ranked teams - they're not that great. He just had a good game against Notre Dame, but this wasn't saying much b/c everyone knows that ND's defense was weak.

Meanwhile, Quinn went against LSU's great defense. You cannot credit Russell with this - you credit the LSU defense. Last I checked, Russell doesn't play defense.

Quinn will most likely have the better career; only because of his arm. he will roll out of the pocket often and make bad decisions a bit too often but after 2 years in the NFL he will start to perform at the level of Aaron Brooks or Trent Green. Jamarcus Russel however will roll out of the pocket too often he'll make poor decisions until his rotator cuff tears in half.He will still win games don't get me wrong. Look for him to complete short passes and post routes but He'll be relying on his Linemen to read coverages until he can fully develop. He can rush for yards when going up against teams like the bucs or even the panthers but he'll rush too often and fumble a lot.
Brady Quinn= The next Peyton Manning
Jamarcus Russel= The Next Michael Vick

I think JaMarcus Russel will have a decent career but Quinn is the better quarterback.

Quinn is a better passer but lacks mobility and size. Russel has mobility and size but is not as good of a passer. It really would depend on what your offense needed. If they need a pocket quarterback, go with Quinn, if they need a scrambler, go with Russel.

I think Quinn will do just as good or better in the NLF. Most likely the Faiders will pick Russell and throw him to the wolves (Chargers etc).

Brady Quinn is the most over rated player in the past 50 years, you fools. -.- He played for Notre Dame. Who the heck does Notre Dame play? No one besides USC and Michigan. They get their butts handed to them. They are the only true competition Notre Dame ever plays. Quinn SUCKS... Notre Dame SUCKS! and wont deserve to be ranked until they play more then two REAL teams.

Quinn hasn't showed anything, nor does it seem he will ever show anything.

Russel is better, hands down. Better by skill and by mind.
