it always runs slow after i reset it to the right time...what can i do?

the time on your computer? maybe the battery have runs dry.. i never encounter problem like this but this is the only thing i can suggest.

pick out the battery and change it (buy new one of course).

can try but no guarantee...(sry never encounter such thing)

you might want to replace your motherboard's battery. that might be causing the problem. turn off your pc and open the side panel and find the battery it is a round silver button battery. make sure that you have the other battery ready cause I don't know how long your motherboard can be without it before the bios resets itself.

Mash, gave you the correct answer it is the battery on your motherboard it is called a CMOS battery. Open your case and look for a flat bright silver disc that is your CMOS battery take it to Best Buy or any good computer store and let them match it up for you and replace it.

You can set your clock to set with Microsoft's time. Click on the clock, go to the Internet Time tab, and click on update now.
