Do you have a lot of restrictions on how you date? Do you look for another jewish guy/girl to date? I just want to learn about another culture, and how it is for you in this day and age. So just tell me anything you'd like.

I'm not Jewish, but I live in NY state, and many people I know (including a close friend) are Jewish. My friends' parents generally encourage them to date within the Jewish circle in our town, but they don't. Our town isn't particularly religously driven, though, despite our dozen churches/temples.
Note: But about the stereotype of Jews often acting smug about being Jewish? Totally true. 100%. I call it my friend's Jew smile; it emerges whenever someone mentions Einstein. Nevermind that she has a 70 average.
