Depends. If you like video games, try mmorpg.com and look through the lists of games there. A lot of them are pay-to-play like World of Warcraft, but a lot of them are free-to-play like Flyff or Maple Story.
Of course, you probably know about Yahoo! Games, that's fun enough too.

if youre lookin to play games try newgrounds, not only do they have a good selection and variety they have links to other great sites they also have mini flash movies, ( search for a movie called blockhead) and a good audio portal. if youre lookin for friends pogo.com has multiplayer games, u dont have to play them but there is chat-while-you-play which is nice, if youre lookin for a laugh, go to google videos and search the funny videos, and if youve done all that try picking a random interest like music, ninjas, pirates, typing, etc... and find other people who like the same thing and ask them if they have any good sites to check out
