Wild card, given to players who didn't get into the main draw, tournament directors can give them to whosoever they want.

A wild card is something given to a player by choice of the tournament's organizers - all tournaments have a few spots for wild cards in both qualifying and main draw. Usually they're given to native players, up-and-coming players, popular players, or players attempting to make a comeback (all of them being players who couldn't enter the draw based on their ranking)
