There is nothing that Louis Farrakhan has ever said that I agree with. He is a very volatile individual person with the hope of creating trouble where there is none and increasing trouble where it exists. He does not speak for all black people, certainly not me. He claims that he speaks the truth (ha) the truth always speaks for itself minus the miscues and rhetoric that he uses. He speaks hatred and separation. So now he is trying to come off as all reformed, well I don't buy that for a minute. He is a wolf dressed in sheep's clothing and a lying wolf at that.
If Clinton was called "the first black president" due to some stereotypical reference based on his behavior of disrespect for his wife and family, know that stereotypes can be wielded just like the sword of racism. Cheating and dishonest people don't just exist in the black family because you can pick any ethnic group and you will find dishonesty everywhere you turn.

First of all, I do not respect Farrakhan, so his comments mean nothing to me.
As to which presidents did the most for blacks in America, it's hard to beat what the Kennedy brothers and Johnson accomplished in the 1960's.
Clinton spent a lot of time courting the black vote. But the most significant civil rights achievements occurred 30 years prior.

Blacks love Bill Clinton. That's what I heard on the news just recently when Hillary went to Selma, Alabama.

As a minority I feel Bill did a good job for us people of color. Louis Farrakhan would say that about any white president.

As a liberal I do not fantasize on black men like some YA users do.
In most cases I never think of it one way or another. Race is not an important identifier in my social interaction. To me honesty is more important than race.

According to Farrakhan, he didn't do much other than "use the language to attract black people." To me, that is incredibly degrading to black people. Good post.

No. Clinton did well for all. Color played no role in the record breaking stock market and the abundance of high paying employment opportunities.

Louis Farrakhan is a racist. He doesn't even deserve airtime.
You could have Nelson Mandela as US president, and Farrakhan would probably bash him, too, for something.

Top contributor? To what? Divisiveness. Maybe Clinton was interested in America and not just Black America. Top contributor. Can see why. Not much else to do with your life?
