Historically, all Secretary's of State; are the international voice of the President of the United States and his policies. I agree that President Bush and his Administration was 100%, misleading!

In addition; examine the victims of the Bush Administration; should they oppose his agenda in any form or fashion. This is why the Libby Trail was so scrutinized.

Well, so far the only weapons found in Iraq that could possible qualify as WMDs were non-functional chemical weapons left over from the first Iraq conflict 15 years ago.

So, do you consider it misleading to say that "X exists" when it does not? Or is it not misleading because they were simply mistaken, but didn't know they were mistaken when they said it?

In other words, is it not misleading if we accept that the falsity of the statement was due to a good faith mistake, rather than deliberate misinformation?

Why do not you ask that gay president of yours Clinton? He reported that they had them too and it replaced into the only element he ever reported that wasn't a lie. They did have the WMDs and in case you will have stored up with the information you would be responsive to.

Agree. His reputation is tarnished forever. Plus he has to live the rest of his life knowing he contributed to the deaths of 700,000 Iraqis.
