The test has to be administered by a professional if you want it to be accurate-- ask your child's school counselor or principal, usually the school knows where you can get it done because sometimes it's a requirement for Gifted programs.
People in psychology fields often may be able to administer the test or know where you can go to get it administered.
Also, Mensa or a similar intelligence organization will have information; they administer tests too.
Since this is for a 13-year old, school offices would probably be the best place to start.
