How do you know if a song that you download from limewire is corrupt or not?

Yea well i just got a little scared since this girl at school said that it coruppted her ipod! I dont want that to happen to me. Thanks! =]

well for me, a pop-up shows if it is corrupted. limewire is the only thing i use, and my iPod isnt corrupted. a box should pop up and say that its corrupted.
