When i tried to install The Sims Complete Edition a thing for my EPSON printer came up and it wont install.?

any ideas of whats wrong?

What thing ????? You need to be more precise. What you can do is to uninstall the Epson printer driver and all the software that came with it. Disconnect the printer from your PC. Install the Sim game and shut down your pc. Reboot it bcak on and install the printer driver/softwares again. Make sure you donwload the latest driver from Epson. Next connect the Printer to your PC. That should take care of the problem. Epson printer usually install somekind of ink monitor software that always running in the background and it may interfere with the game installation.
