I need to renew my norton subscription but whenever I hit renew AOL automatically opens up. When I open it, it says that the file is to big for AOL and I need to use another program to open it. How do I choose another program and why exactly does AOL keep opening? Is there anyway to stop this?

Dude, I personally recommend you remove the Norton Antivirus. I'm a PC tech and I've had to remove that buggy software off at least 25+ machines this year.

Personally I recommend and use AVG Free Antivirus. It catches stuff that Norton doesn't even check for. Plus Norton is a memory hog so it slows your computer down for no reason other than being bloated. Anyhow, I'll post the link to the Free AVG at the bottom of this email.

Oh, START -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Norton AV (remove all)

Then go here and get some great virus protection. The AOL, keep it if you like it. However I personally use cable internet and haven't used AOL... ever.

Anyhow, get the FREE version on this page. If you like it, get the commercial verison. It's pretty good at catching stuff. (actually, it's perfect)

Good luck.

to remove Norton Ani Vitus from your computer; go to control panel, click on add/remove, scroll down to Norton Anti Virus and click on it, then move the cursor to the right where it says change or remove and click on remove.

Do the same thing for AOL. If this won't remove AOL then call yoir ISP and they can help you.
