I think when you're in your 40s.

You really have to think about the age gap between you and the child too.

You want to be able to be there for them when you're needed.
You want to see them grow up and see the person you have raised.
You want to be able to see your grandchildren.

age 45 and up I think because you risk the bayby of having down syndrom
