3/07/07 Yahoo headlines said a superhero died can anyone tell me who it was?

Well Marvel Actually Killed off 2 of some of it's popular characters I think like Aunt May and then Captain America. Aunt May they could afford to lose but Captain America's death better be a fake or bring him back soon. That's why people bought civil war so they could watch all the Slugfests Cap' and Iron Man had with each other. Also why was captain America at a courthouse if they already decided to lock him up in the Negative Zone? Tony Stark afraid he would break free or something?!!!!
