I have been with this company for alittle over a year. I am a 29 year old female. My boss and their snitches watch me to find any little thing I do wrong. They have used me as an example time and time again. My reviews are perfect and I have no error. They are taargeting me. Everyone else can see how unfair it is how they treat me, but I don't know what to do. Is this a form of harrassment or discrimination?

This could constitute a "hostile work environment." If you trust your HR department, you could go to them with the problem, or if your new boss has a boss above him you could bring the issue to him (as long as he's not part of the close scrutiny). It may be easier to just find a new job if you're not too attached to this one.

Yes, this is a form of harassment and discrimination. Any employee should feel completely comfortable when they work in an office atmosphere without the stare and glares from others and anything else of that kind. If you have any difficulty in giving your full attention to your work during the full hours you are working because of some colleague's comments, teasing or citing you as an example, you are being harrassed and you must immediately report to the highest official there.

I have been in the same situation and I can tell you that the end result is they will sack you for their own reasons, not for any of your faults. This is how they start.

Yes, it is harrassment. It is not a crime to harrass someone, unless it is physical or sexual, or related to some form of dicrimination. If you feel threatened, you should call the police. If you are just unhappy with your boss' behavior, you have 4 choices:
1) Approach your boss about the problem directly
2) Talk to his boss or the HR department
3) Take the abuse, if the job is worth it
4) Find a new place to work

I would recommend #1.

you need more to go on that that for a discrimination or harrassment charge. For some reason they seem to want you gone, i suggest you start looking for another job, and if you want to keep this one you had better document everything you do, and follow the book at all times.

This is odd. Why would they treat you this way then give you a great review?

You would think that if they were trying to get rid of you, your reviews would reflect that.

You said they are using you as an example. Are you a positive example or a negative example?

If you are doing nothing wrong, you have no worries.

no what you should do is confront them in public then they'll be under the spotlight giving you the upper hand
