Does anyone know Where I can find the adult anime Mr. Happy?

Saw this years ago on the playboy channel. It was an anime series for adults called Mr. Happy. The son of a syndicate leader is going to inherit his fathers place if he can meet the sexual challenges of ladies with special skills from around the world. His shall we say private little friend "Mr.Happy" can talk.
Benn looking for it for years but can't find even a reference to it. I'm guessing it had a different title in Japan.
