Depends where your comedy taste is. Not all people laugh at the same things. Maybe your a thick head that won't laugh at anything or maybe your a giddy clown.
But, all things considered, I'll list some for you.
Talladega Nights: Dallad of Ricky Bobby: Two words: Hil Arious. Cheap, crappy, horrible, jokes. But that just made it more funny.
The Producers: Yeah, I KNOW it was on Broadway, but sometimes those are the funniest. I was seriously in TEARS from laughter at this movie. Looking for a comedy? GO SEE THE PRODUCERS!!!
Stranger Than Fiction: Couple awesome one liners.
NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER!!!! SEE NAPOLEON DINOMITE. It is a total WASTE of your money. EVER! I'm serious. (You're probably going to go out and rent it just to make me mad)
Anyways, lots of others, but I must STRESS The Producers.

I'm old, I guess I think the older ones are funnier than the remade ones.
1. Fun With **** And Jane (jane fonda, george segel)
2. Sex And The Single Girl (Natalie Wood, Tony Curtis)
3 O Brother Where Art Thou (George Clooney)
4. It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad World (Jonnathan Winters,
Phil Silvers, etc)

Planes, trains , and automobiles, espacially if you're a John Candy fan. and THE NUTTY PROFESSOR with Eddie Murphy. In the scene at the dinner table, Eddie is playing every character. (except the child).

Accepted. Funniest movie ever. If you like basic college humor, among with just flat out funny lines, then it's a great movie.

Some of my favorates are "tenacious D and the pick of destiny". "Beerfest" is pretty good. The new "Pink Panther" is a funny movie. you could also try the "40-year-old virgin".
