Who replaced into Peter and Who replaced into Paul? they are charges. Peter is the 1st bill of the month and Paul is the final bill of the month. once you robbed Peter on the beginning up you're additionally robbing Paul on the tip of the month.

That's why we need to get rid of Social Security and welfare. Paul and Peter should take care of themselves. No need to involve the government.

If Peter worked hard and saved his money, theres no reason to give any to Paul, who was lazy and didn't save anything.
