That's a personal decision. There is no right or wrong answer. If you are a religious person, then most people who are like that believe you should only sleep with one person, your husband/wife. I believe that you should not be sleeping around a lot, but that you do need to experience other people. How can you know if you want to spend the rest of your life with someone if you've never had an intimate moment like that with them? I don't talk about how many people I've slept with unless it's someone I trust and know well. It's really nobody's business but your own.

I think it depends on that person. I myself believe that a woman should sleep with as many men as she wants too. For the latter answer, I have only slept with 2 men and one of them is my husband.

Whatever floats your boat! Let Nature and your free choice decide.

Since Sex is a natural act, I think very few is okay with some, and many lovers is good for for others.

HOWEVER; when in a relationship, ONLY your Wife/Husband should be your ONLY lover.

For myself, I have slept with about 30 women. But, I'm in my 40s. I have NEVER cheated while in a relationship either sexually or emotionally.

I was never a Playboy, but, I think I did okay. I also would NEVER sleep with a Married woman that desired to sleep with me or anyone's Girlfriend. I don't and would not be the "other" person for anyone. I honor others' marriages and relationships also.

However; with that said, I did find out after the fact that a few gals had lied to me and were either married or had a boyfriend. This made me angry, and I chastized them about it, and I felt bad, but, I was dooped by lies.

Other than that,........any number is okay as far as I am concerned for anyone. In this I am not critical of anyone. I however hate cheaters and to me they are no better than theives and pathological liars.

If anyone has to cheat on their spouse or companion or be "the 5th wheel" ...or the "other", and knowingly cheat also, I hate them just the same. There is plenty of single people out there instead of violating someone else's marriage or relationship.

If your just interested in sleeping with so many people then you might get a disease or something like that. It's not how many people you sleep with. I've only slept with one person which is my husband and I'm glad it's just him.

I always said one and I got married but she played around, then I got married again but after say 12 years we were not talking so I had a brief affair. After 19 years we were divorced. Then I had about 8 girlfriends who all turned out to be total opposites to what they said they were. Ive lost count now but last year I got married for third time, everything is perfect and she is the only one for me. Question...why couldn't we meet each other 28 yearsagothen it would only have been the one????????

You know each individual has to ask himself that question. I would submit the answer as being only one if you are lucky enough to get the right one the first time. Unfortunately most of us are not. Let your conscious be your guide here and remember to practice safe sex. It is truly not uncommon for any of us to have had more than one partner and some fortunate ones of us have had more than they should have. I refuse to answer the 2nd part on grounds it may be damaging to my personal life and careers, not to mention harmful notions to my person. Good Luck to you! And don't run out of condoms! LOL

Well, I'm telling my boys you should only sleep with women you really care about and love. Ideally, marriage.

And it's NONE of your business how many I slept with, but I can count them on one hand.....(and one foot, and well maybe the other foot). HAHA. Just kidding. One hand.

That's a hard question..circumstances and maturity level as well as your home life as a teenager have a lot to do with how you are in relationships and with the amount of sexual partners.
Myself...I have slept with quite a few men and most of them, I regret...
