FFX, without a doubt!!! It's absolutely breathtakingly beautiful, and the storyline is awsome! I was scared as hell the first time I saw that final aeon!
VII was amazing in it's time and was revolutionary. It's a bit out dated now (compared to X!) But still a great game.
The new 13 is all hype, if you ask me. yea, it looks good, but as far as I'm concerned, it's not a good game, from what I've played/seen.

Final Fantasy 6 (Which was originally released as Final Fantasy 3 on SNES), which I remember playing years and years ago.
Sure, it's not the most difficult, but I like the way the story really gives the characters some background, and each one is suddenly a lot more likable without long drawn-out scenes. That, and it's really just a lot of fun.

mine was final fantasy II on super nintendo. it was actually my first final fantasy game, and brought me into the realm of RPGs.
i played it during a time that i had no other contact with the world, for a while. i lived with a cousin, and watched her two kids, and her three friends four other kids during the night while they went to bars, and the day while they had hangovers. in my free time, since i had no money, i would play the snes that an ex boyfriend of my cousin left there. he only left one game. (it's FFIV now)
i played it to death, and i easily think it is the best final fantasy game ever made. in fact, the FFIV remake for GBA is the best version, in my opinion. which says a lot, coming from a guy that generally doesn't like many games that were made after 1995

I really got attached to Final Fantasy X. Regardless of how people critisize it; it's my favourite Final Fantasy in the series and my personal favourite computer game.

My favorite has to be FF6, which is also FF3 on the snes. Great game, beautiful story and awesome characters. I still play that game every now and then. Tons of replay value. FF8 would probably be my second favorite..

FFVI or FFIII on the SNES. First game I ever purchased for the SNES. The game got me hooked on RPG. The music is just incredible. Never heard anything like it before on a console.

FF IX!!!!! I loved the story, it was so cute, character development was awesome (vivi made me think) and the graphics were really nice for that period of time.
Story and character dev of FF VII was very well done too.
