Try forever 21 cuz they have really cute accessories and casual dresses that would be great for that party i think. You can also try wet seal for that type of thing. And ask your friends what theyre wearing to get an idea of what you need

ok well try lookin at Wet seal if you can get to 1 or Charlette Rousse they usually have sute dresses that arent too expensive and cute and most are not super formal
