Sure it could. Anything is possible, but would you really want to try?

Rhinos have about the brain capacity of a guinea pig, which isn't saying much.
I read about a man who tried to tame and train a rhino. He had tamed and trained many other wild animals, so he was well qualified.
First, he entered the enclosure, and the rhino charged him. He stood still. Rhinos cannot see straight ahead of them, so they almost always miss the thing they are charging. If the rhino looked like it would hit him, he just stepped aside. He did this until the rhino got tired. He did it every day and finally the rhino got used to him. It let him approach and pet it. So then he decided to teach it to play ball. He made a big ball and threw it at the rhino's horn. The rhino seemed to enjoy hitting the ball, but you could never guess where he would hit it to. The man had to retrieve the ball himself to throw it again. Eventually the man got bored so he introduced the rhino to an elephant so he would not be lonely. They became friends, though elephants are much smarter than rhinos.

Rhinos cannot be tamed, neither can they be ridden. They really are wild animals at heart, unlike elephants or horses. They're just made that way. Zebras are also like rhinos in that they can't be ridden or truly tamed - I mean, you can see them on TV or in circuses, but zerbras have never been as tame as a horse. And they never stop kicking. XD
But I seriously doubt rhinos can ever be ridden or tamed to the point where they could be ridden.

Rided?
anyways.
First off it probably is illegal to own a rhinocerous and if it isnt you would need a permit because they are critically endangered.
Second, theyre wild animals and are incredibly dangerous. I wouldn't want to get near one if I were you, much less on one.
theyre wild animals that cannot be tamed. Even if you had a rhino in captivity it's whole life, it is still not tame. it takes hundreds of generations to make an animal species tame.
