Start | Run and type www.mofunzone.com and press OK. Default browser will open to that page. You can open a web page from the command prompt, not the cmd prompt--two different things. Start | Run and type command, not cmd. At the "command" prompt type: start www.mofunzone.com and it should open IE at that address.

the sensible thing would be to ask your 'friends' how they do it, probably all they are doing is using the command prompt to get the ip address of mofunzone.com and using that in the address bar of internet explorer instead of the website name to get around keyword blocking.

Doesn't work from command prompt, only from start -> run (winkey+r)
