Axel obviously doesn't own an iPod.
It doesn't support out of the box but here is how:

Now about the games, it will support games in a couple months. It will feature actual games playable over Xbox Live using it's built in Wi-Fi.
It has similar features then the iPod. The iPod does not have more features then the Zune.

No it cannot be used as an external harddrive, I don't know why but what I know is that the only ones that have the ability to do that are ipods. Also zunes cannot play games and the only language that it can have is english. You should consider buying an ipod, it has more features.
