I feel that I'm too tall for high heels (5' 10"), but I love the way they look. I feel a bit embarrassed when I'm wearing them, as everyone usually is so much shorter. Wanted to hear what you think of that. Thanks!

High heels are not just for us, short people (I'm barely 5')...high heels are for all women...if you like it, wear it....and wear it with pride and confidence....wear it like you're floating on clouds!
Lucky you with a tall frame (5'10")...and even if you add 3-4 inches to that, it's perfectly okay. And don't feel conscious about it --- you don't have to apologize for your height.

I know how you feel I'm 5'7 and I'm a lot taller than most of the other girls in my class, so when i wear heels to my school dances i feel so much taller. But i like them, and as long as i don't have a boyfriend that is a lot shorter than me in the heels i don't care if I'm taller than other people. It makes me feel more powerful in a way.

HIgh heels werent invented for short girls my friend is 5' 8 and
is the tallest from our friends, she wear 3 inch heels and all that , she looks good and actually tall girls stand out more then short ones if u have noticed when they were heels they look the same when girls that are taller wear them they stand out alot...people actually look up not down

Umm well yeah you can still wear heels if you want because they pretty much look good on everyone but you might want to go for a lower heel so you're not too too tall when you wear them

Go for it, Viv! High heels go with long legs, and you have to stand in a certain way to keep your balance. It also makes your breasts stand out, so make sure you're well balanced in that area. Being tall is not a bad thing - lots of men find tall women attractive.

Whatever you feel most comfortable in. Does'nt matter what people think, but if you feel this way, you should wear shorter heels.

instead of encouraging you to do what you want like everyone else from a guys point of view i'll say this. only wear them if you feel like it but be aware which you probably are at 5'10" that some guys are unconfortable with women taller than them but if you're with a guy whose well over 6' or is not bothered by it or if mens' opinions don't concern you go for it.

just dont wear huge heels just a little heel would be fine. or you could opt for wedges. very cool on long legs. or for a flat shoe you could get sumthing that goes up your legs like the leather that you twist around the ankle. they add lenght if you get long enough leather. good luck.
