No you are on the wrong track. It is spelt Karma and it means good or bad luck. In essense, whatever you do to others will be done back to you. You get it, good Karma, bad Karma?

I believe you mean "karma". In Webster's it says"the totality of one's acts in each state of one's existence". I prefer "What goes around comes around". Meaning, if you're pleasant and kind to others (strangers or not), others will be pleasant and kind to you.

Karma basically means, what goes around comes around.

If you do something nasty, life will somehow get you back.
