Yes, I have Tyler Perry's phone number in my cell phone. He's in my 5. I also have his email address, and we send eachother funny forwards all the time. We chat over IM, blackberry, and myspace everyday. Sorry to be sarcastic, but do you think that if anyone had his PHONE NUMBER that they would give it out to random strangers on the internet? Come on...
There are a lot of other ways to break into acting. It's called theater, auditions, getting yourself an agent, etc. etc. etc. You can't just call someone famous and say, "Hey, I wanna be an actress, help me." Even if you could get his phone number.
