If i want to go to grad school to study crimnelogy or international politics...?

would i take the GRE or something else? please explain

First, investigate which schools have good programs for your major area of interest; then find out which entrance exam and other qualifications each of those programs has. It's very likely that the GRE would be the required exam for those programs, as only law and medical schools have different exams (to the best of my knowledge).

And I strongly suggest you check the spelling on your essays :)
