you go to photobucket and upload your pic there..
and then it will give you a code to put it in your profile.
you get the HTML code.
oh && by the way myspace is shutting down in 10 states..and they are:

you just upload them from your camera or your card, CD watever you have them saved on go to upload/change photos and it will give you directions
