Most of the time regular restaurants. Once in awhile I go to a buffet place.

Regular restaurant. I've seen some of those scary people at a buffet restaurant and a lot of them don't look like they've washed their hands in two months and the idea of them being anywhere NEAR the food I'm going to eat skeeves me out.

Regular. I have never been to a buffet that was really good. And you never know how long the food has been out.

I've heard too many horror stories about buffets, so I'd have to say regular.
