cant seem to find what the min. max. time you can get for this. Please help!

I don't know why you can't find it, it is right there in Penal Code section 245(a)(1): 2, 3, or 4 years in prison. There is no minimum (since probation could be granted with no time), and the maximum is 4 years.

It depends on what the charges are...
If they try for attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, concealing a weapon, etc. It also depends on how many felonies, if on parole/formal probation.
Different judges vary too on how much time they want to give somebody.
If you really need to know, get a little more info on the case or contact the court, they can tell you.

I know that each state as a group of attorneys that work for the state such as legal aid. I would suggest calling they should be able to help you due to they deal with these things on a daily bases. Or even calling an attorney to see what they think?? I hope that will help you out a bit!
