Warren Buffett is considered the world's best investor. He clearly states he is an investor, not an trader.

All seriousness aside, I don't know if there IS a "Warren Buffet" of trading. There have been lots of traders that were considered "great" at one time or another, but many of those ended up being not so great when hard times hit. If you want to read some interesting interviews with some of the world's best traders, read the 'Market Wizards' books by Jack Schwager. Good stuff.
