for blackhead prone skin, liquid foundation or tinted moisturizer, HELP!!??

i have oily/blackhead prone skin and i'm looking for either a tinted moisturizer or good oil free liquid foundation. which would be better ( especially cause i live in florida and the summers are very hot and humid...), and could you please suggest good tinted moisturizers/foundations? thanks so much. also, i'm not gonna be able to buy expensive brands so nothing over $10 please :P

Well i have oily skin too and i use liquid foundation and sometimes my prones get big but i just use my clearer on my face and it makes my prone little but if you can find tinted moisturzer that would be good. Well i hope you find what you are looking for. bye
