ok... when i put my ipod in the charger wor a LONG time (like even weeks), it will say "fully charged" but when i take it out and listen to a song for 30 seconds, the battery goes down. I got a NEW battery for my ipod, and there is NO progress whatsoever. Any ideas as to what is wrong with it?? Should i get a new ipod?? If so, a green nano or a video?? PLEASE help me!

Well the battery drains itself after a while, and normally goes down a couple bars quickly. If you should have it drain immideately i would suggest call apple at 18006927753 and telling them about your situation, about purshacing a new iPod, dont the Apple iPhone is coming out and it is awesome. Its a touch screen and you can use your fingers. its an widescreen ipod with touch controls/breakthrough internet communicator/revolutionary phone. check it all out at http://www.apple.com/iphone/ its totally awesome.

Take it to the Apple store to see what is what wrong it. It may have malfunctioned, but take it the your nearest Apple store to make sure. If Apple declares that it has malfunctioned by itself and you're still under warranty, they should replace it for you for free ONLY IF the damage was not inflicted upon the iPod by the owner. If you drop it in the toilet or accidentally wash it and it doesn't work, your warranty is void.
