The Dreamers is a great choice, because the nudity accentuates so much -- vulnerability, sexuality, lust, or just daily life.
"Bound" with Gina Gershon and Jennifer Tilly is hot. Hot hot hot.
"Original Sin" too... lots of good makin' whoopee with Angelina Jolie. Not too much to complain about.

Male: the extended and well-lit nude wrestling scene in Women in Love (mostly close ups and mid shots). This was a 1969 movie, and the scene featured Alan Bates and Oliver Reed, who both appeared to be very matter-of-fact about it. (The real story of course was quite something else, as director Ken Russell explains in his commentary.) The movie was a huge hit, won Glenda Jackson an acting Academy Award, and a shot of the two wresting stars was even used in the poster!

Dreamers is a good choice. Not only Eva Green, but the boys in that movie show everything as well. And yes, everything. Though I don't know if these are "best", I think they're worthy of mention... Any Given Sunday, with the lockerroom scene. I think because usually movies about sports are often "artfully" shot when it comes to the locker rooms, and this one just pretty much showed it all. Also, Sideways, while the guy who is naked is not attractive, it was completely unexpected for that movie. Sort of like Any Given Sunday. You just really don't expect to see that, I guess.
