An arcade coin operated game, perhaps M.A.C.H.III, Dragons Lair, or Pac man / Galaga. Maybe a hard to find movie like "The last dragon" on VHS or "Johnny got his gun" on VHS. Or maybe a Keyofsolomon talisman necklace.
