No offense to your mother, but that's just WRONG. That should be kept entirely between a mother and a daughter.

Go right away and speak to the minister, bishop or head of your church and ask that they talk to your mother and let her know that wouldn't be in your best interest. Tell them you wouldn't be able to show up and face people if you knew they read something like this, and you would like your personal information kept private, you most certainly have that right! We all have rights when it comes to dignity and something like this could be reported.

I feel like that is an invade on your personal life .I feel like your mother may want to leave this up to you, to tell everyone on a bullentin board about your private life. I would love to know whenever she has a grandchild will she end up in a mental ward.I sure wish not.

Good Luck to You Both!

Yes, that is strange, not to mention stupid.

Your getting your period is a private matter and should not be broadcast to other people.

I hope your church does not allow it. It they do, there's something seriously wrong with it.

Yes, it is a bit strange that your mom would want to do that. I would let her know that you would rather she didn't because it would be very embarrassing to you although you understand that she's so proud that you have entered that next phase.

Oh my.
That is weird.
Getting your period is a very personal thing, and if I were you, I would be fighting for my right to keep that between my mom and me.
