at what earning level do you have to purchase a DBA liscence?
For example how much profit a month do you have to make in order to be considered a "buissness" Thanks.

The laws vary from state to state. You need to research what your state, county and local (city?) governments require. I have stayed away from internet selling because the laws are so incomprehensible.

For instance, some local governments are now trying to levy taxes on e-bay items sold to their residents, and institute very heavy fines if you do not comply.
