I like to use Always. They seem the most comfortable to me, especially the ultra thins.

Always ultra-thin with wings. YOU MUST HAVE WINGS!! Unless you want bunching, and trust me that's bad! I would also recommend wearing the overnights for the first few times. I started out really heavy and it took awhile to get used to when to change it, so having the back-up option is good.

My aunt is unfortunate enough to be 2 weeks off her period and one week on her period, and she's told me she recommends Kotex. I like the newer generation of Always, but pretty much whatever you buy will work. I like thinner ones (especially when I was younger) with wings and stick with the pink colored Always. All in all though, it just depends on your preferences! Preparing early :)

I have tried several brands over the years and found that Always was the best for me.
