i will be having around 10 people over.i will have a bar-b-que.a pool to use and some money for other stuff. what can i do to make tis a really good party

Well...you have a very nice place to have an outdoor Barbecue and Pool Party.You could also maybe rent a movie for the evening and even have some of your friends stay over for the night.=) It would be like you had every kind of party.=) A pool party,a barbecue,and also a slumber party.=) Hope your party turns out great!=) Happy Birthday in advance and I

Have a theme such as a hawaiin lua but do it reversed. Get the girls to wear Hawaiin shirts and give the guys some fake grass skirts. Have a limbo contest and a biggest splash contest. Stuff like that.
