I need a downpayment for the house any lenders out there want to help me out I ,m getting money in two weeks ony lenders please

As a mortgage broker from Edmonton, Alberta. I recommend that you speak to a broker and find out how much you can qualify for. There's 100% financing available even with credit issues.
I'm not solicting for business I won't do financing outside of Alberta.

What do you want us to do? Contact a mortgage lender! We are not here to loan you money or hold your hand. Get on the phone and start calling lenders!

If you have to borrow the money for the down payment you probably should not be buying a home.
You are about to put yourself into a downward spiral to your financial demise.
Save your own down payment, then buy your home.
