Pokemon Sapphire: Finding Feebas?

Question

Ok, I need a way to at least find some Feebas, I've spent five days looking, I'M BORED!!

What's the best phrase to use? Where's a point I can fish at if that phrase is used?

unfortunately, feebas is the toughest pokemon to find in the entire game...not toughest to catch, toughest to find...it's only in one route in the entire game, the one where the weather institute is, but it's in six random spots...i'm guessing by now you've been to dewford and set the "trendy phrase"...if not, it's north of the second gym, a guy will ask you to set the phrase...THIS PHRASE IS NOT A CLUE TO WHERE FEEBAS IS...sorry for that bad news...the good news is, once you've set that phrase, feebas will not move from his six spaces unless you change the phrase...

now the hard part...fishing. hours of fishing. if you've ever fished in real life, this is just as productive...you will have no idea which water spot in the "weather institute route" he's in, but you can catch him with any pole (the pole determines his level) so cast your line say, ten times in each spot...if you don't get zero feebas in ten bites, move to the next spot...however, once you catch a feebas...REMEMBER THAT SPOT because feebas will be there from then on...now he's still rare, so not every line cast in that spot will be a feebas, but that spot will be guaranteed to be a feebas hole UNLESS YOU CHANGE THE TRENDY PHRASE...if you find feebas and change the phrase, you'll have to start all over again...
