I'm about 7 or 8 weeks pregnant. I have noticed an odor coming from "down there". Does anyone know why?

It is probably an infection....if it is like a beer smell its a yeast infection if it is more of a fishy smell it is a bacterial infection. Either way if you have an odor that is not normal it is some kind of infection that must be taken care of or else you can harm the baby.

Around 6 weeks I had a yeast infection... first of many. I would make an appointment with your doctor... its never a good idea to self diagnose when pregnant. I think its most likely a vaginal infection of some sort. Good luck.

You should see your doctor, but it could be something as simple as an infection. A woman's body goes thru many changes when she becomes pregnant.

MOST LIKELY ITS AN YEAST INFECTION OR A BACTERIAL INFECTION COMMON IN MOST PREGNANCY. NOTHING WRONG YOU ARE FINE. GO FOR A WALK IN AT YOUR DOCTORS HE OR SHE WILL GIVE YOU MEDICATION IT YOUR PROBLEM.
