well firstly look b4 u sit, gurl! and so next you can try washing the stained spot with a bit of liquid soap, enough to get the lather going. and then make sure you buy a bottle of peroxide and pour it on the soap lather and rub the stain further with the soap and the peroxide. you will find the peroxide on the dental hygiene/toothpaste aisle. most of the time they r in the bottom shelf.
i have heard that Oxiclean also works on grass stains. haven't tried that!

Any retail stain remover should do the trick. Do it right before you put it in the wash, and they should come out. Be sure to follow the product's directions.

Fill washer up with water and 1/2 cup of clorox and put your jeans in. I have done this for years and it works perfect. Of course if they are dark blue jeans may get a little light but not bad if they are light blue jeans there is no change.

For nasty stains, I usually just use regular hand soap. (expecailly if it is a durable fabric like Denim)
Wash the area by hand with hand soap.
Put a dab of liquid detergent on the spot then toss into the wash.

Grass stain is alittle tough why dont you try club soda and scrub it right out!
