Hello my name is Paul, and I am gay.

I have never told anyone, and I only intend to tell one person and that is my best friend (who I think could be gay)

His name is Andrew and there are a lot of thinks about him which could prove he is homosexual too.

These are the facts... you be the judge:

He sometimes wears a pink shirt.
Sometimes he wears white shoes with pink stripes on them.
He has worn an ear-ring in his ear (not the gay side).
(ONCE HE WORE ALL OF THE ABOVE IN THE SAME DAY)
He is clean and gets a bath every day, clean fingernails too. Talks about girls often, but has never been in a relationship.

- Now the important bits -

We touch our feet and legs together under tables where other people cannot see, we both know what is happening but act like nothing is going on.
We stare into each others eyes quite deeply when talking to each other.
We agree with each other all or most of the time.
We openly discuss things, and have sensitive converstations.

GAY?

The only real way to find out is to straight out ask him, If he is truly your friend at all he will understand you being gay and will not judge you for it. I think that the saying straight men wear pink can be true though, men sometimes look HOT in pink. Also if he is a true friend, then he wont mind u asking if he is gay or not. But I feel that if you both knowing that touching your feet is happening and then do nothing about it then you most likely have a soulmate.

I sense he might be gay, but just because he has never had a girlfriend does not mean that he couldn't be bi. I used to have a horrible time with chicks, have an artistic temperament, etc., and some people at that time thought I was gay, yet I guarantee you that I dig the hell out of women. So just go ask him sometime in private, but spin it to yourself, rather than putting him on the spot. By the way, us heteros have been told of the gay earring side. Which one is it? (LOL!)

Well Paul, it is not difficult to see you guys get along really well but it is apparent both of you are afraid of losing a friend. I can understand, look at all you guys have to lose. Are you in love with your friend? Do you feel extremely lonely when dinner is over and you guys have to go to your own places, to the point where you feel like just turning the car around? Do you find yourself thinking about him at all times? He may be curious and waiting for you to make a move... bide your time and explore your options, after all, you are in the middle of the situation and only you can see how it is developing. Good luck to you and your friend.

Hello Paul, why don't you just ask him. You don't have to tell him that you're gay. If he is your best friend then you should be able to talk to him about everything. It sounds like he is but just take it very slowly till you know for sure. If he is then you might be in for a lovely relationship. If he's not then you won't have revealed too much about yourself and can still be friends. Good luck. I hope it works out well for you!!

Your friend is well-groomed and sensitive, there is nothing conclusive here to prove that he is gay.
I shudder to think of the society you've grown up in, if wearing pink and being a nice guy is condemned as "unmanly" or "gay."
The world is a lot wider than you've experienced so far; I suggest traveling and meeting a more diverse range of people, and keeping an open mind.

Look I know this is hard but you need to tell him that you are gay, if he can't except that then he doesn't deserve to be your best-Friend. On the bright side if you say it first maybe he'll have the guts to say it too and you will fall in love and live happily ever after. ( I personaly think he's gay) By straight out asking him your assuming ( Assume- Making an ***** out of *u* and *me*) and that could get you in trouble! So tell him how you feel about him and that your gay and if it doesn't work out I can hook you up with my best friend Eric!!!! Luv ya hope it works out!

Nope! Not judging and if he is your best friend then why are you asking us to judge his way /s of life.
Is this the Best Friend way?
I think not!
Think before you judge or ask us to judge.
PS. From what I read so far so good with the best friend department. Just be happy for today, as you might not have it tomorrow :)

I would ask him. Then you will have your answer. Keep it simple. Life is complex enough.

he is gay and there is no reason you should have to tell him you are. You are obviously in love with each other!
