There is really no way to get free minutes on your phone unless the company made an error of some sort. If you call you providers customer service # and say that you weren't aware of one or more of there terms and conditions (read your brochure), they may be give you a ONE TIME courtesy minute adjustment, but don't abuse this, as your account will be notated each time you call.

very simple you will have to change your plan to a not pay as you go so then you will have the plan were mins are availible . I have no idea what this guy under me is talking about its stealing if you have to actually call the company to change your plan duh ! .
