Today yes...I did a good thing today...I spent the day with a very lonely elderly lady, took her shopping and to lunch. She was so happy and didn't want my husband and I to leave. Makes me wonder how many of our elderly have no one and just taking some time out of our day to make someone else happy...That today made me feel like a winner...

I feel like a winner when i've done something great so if you dont feel like a winner just do something for your self or for someone else.

I don't feel on top of my game everyday. I think it is different for everyone. For instance, I feel good when I deliver a good project at work, make a nice dinner party for friends, or have on a brand new outfit that is stylish....

I don't always feel on top, but when i do feel slightly down. i think about the people worse of than me and then my problems seem trival and i am on top again.
